****avoid Swindon branch***Terrible service, well actually no service. I just walked in, one employee was talking to his friend swearing and talking about his nights out and reminiscing about the old days very loudly. One lady sat at the counter coughing away and looked like she shouldn?t be customers facing in that state and the third guy disappears after serving another customer. 4 other customers entered and were welcomed and asked if they wanted help and I was not approached once nor acknowledged with a smile or even eye contact. They could all see i was browsing around for about 20 mins, what a shocking experience from a company who prides themselves on good customer service

ABSOLUTELY AVOID. What you have to remember is Tapi only deal with the sale of the flooring. The fitting is done by a third party contractor. So you pay Tapi separately for the flooring and the contractor separately for the fitting. When the contractor came in to do the flooring, he ended up charging me for extras. For example, I had to pay the contractor extra for the door bars as Tapi had forgetten to include it in their quote and I had to pay extra for something called tethering, which when I Googled it, had to be done anyway. Then, the contractor spilled the leftover screed on my lawn (probably thinking it might sink it or I won't notice), but that part of the lawn that he spilled the screed feels like concrete. The after service is even worse. When I complained about the screed on the lawn, I was told that the contractor should have poured it down the drain!!! Once they get your money and know you won't give them any more business, they will be rude and tell you to complain to the head office. Tried telephoning the head office, but it goes through to their voicemail. I SUGGEST YOU GET A QUOTE FROM ANOTHER CARPET PROVIDER WHERE THEY GUARANTEE THE PRICE AT THE OUTSET.

Absolutely dreadful service from 1 particular member of staff, I ordered and paid in full for new carpets - I got a call a week later asking if I wanted to order the carpets?.well I hope so seeing as I paid c£900 for them!Provided measurements AND had a Tapi employee out to measure up, and the carpet turns up too small and can?t be fitted! AVOID AT ALL COST

Pretty good customer service, didn't wait long to be served, bought some reduced laminate flooring, I will say that if it wasn't reduced we would have had to elsewhere due to budget, I'd say they ate a little bit more expensive than other outlets and not all the cheaper floorings are available in store.What I will say is the quality of the flooring was very good and made it easy to lay.

Went in looking for new carpets William was very helpful and polite, when asked for recomedations he didnt suggest the most expensive and looked at ways to save us some money a credit to Tapi Carpets

Visited the shop in Greenbridge today to get ideas for my new property. Staff were friendly and went through what I was looking for, pleasant and polite and I did not feel pressured , also it was nice to see staff wearing masks.

My experience with Tapi carpets was extremely disappointing. They fitted the wrong colour carpet in the bedroom. We ordered blue to replace a perfectly good cream carpet ( because we wanted a darker colour) and they fitted cream! We were away and our neighbours let in the fitters and the fitters left the place in a complete mess. We spent ages hoovering up their mess. Even the wood flooring in the hallway was covered in carpet debris. Tapi said that they would order the right colour carpet but it would take 4 weeks. 3 weeks later we checked and they had not ordered the new carpet! What a shambolic organisation. I would not recommend them to anyone!
