Found the staff really rude at the Swindon town centre shop. They don?t smile at all, and make you feel like you?re ruining their day by entering the shop. Specially the ones at the checkout. Won?t visit the store again.

I recently visited Superdrug to purchase a face wash, but my experience was far from pleasant. I encountered a staff member named Ellie, who was rude. Unfortunately, I didn?t have my card with me, so I asked my sister to pay for my items. As a student, I was entitled to a discount, but Ellie refused to apply it because my sister was the one paying.
Her attitude was dismissive, and she showed no interest in providing good customer service or explaining why I couldn?t use my discount. I found her behaviour unhelpful and unwelcoming, which made the shopping experience frustrating.

I liked that it was a large, spacious store. Plenty of space to see everything. In my opinion, it is very convenient. Minus - queue. Despite the fact that there were three casts, we had to wait 5-10 minutes.

Aftershave perfume shampoos bath sets all things beauty for all with a friendly atmosphere , really miss the old manager though she was a sweetheart and super friendly ?
