I had gone into Suit Direct originally on Friday where there was two members of staff a young 16 yr old on his first day and another. On that occasion I brought a suit for my son who was not with me even on that day this young 16year old who name I did not get helped out to the best of his abilities.Today Saturday 20th Jan I returned with the said suit and my son to be properly fitted as sadly the suit I chose did not fit him. We then had the pleasure of meeting another young man named Nathan who went above and beyond. This young man not only measured my son but had him sit down and even pin up the trousers. On top of that he was able to advise us on suit etiquette, nothing was to much and I was more that happy to part with £250 which was twice the cost of what I budgeted.I don?t often write reviews but this young man needs to be known to upper management as one to look out for . His wealth of knowledge and ability to speak to people of all ages is a credit to and him and a benefit to Suits direct.

Very helpful staff, tried on a few before deciding which they were fine with. You can buy the jacket and trousers to fit rather than say a 44" chest jacket that comes with 34" trousers which are way too long for me. A pleasant experience and my 4th or 5th visit and purchase there

Fantastic, the chap who helped me out was great. Needed a jacket in a hurry, would have preferred a Blazer, however, needed something more somber for a remembrance parade, bish bosh in and out in 20 mins, jacket in hand. Brilliant

My son and I went in to buy a suit for him. Nathan at Designer outlet Swindon was friendly, helpful and the service he gave was amazing. He made the journey very easy and smooth.

Ordered a pair of shoes online, Mansell in brown yesterday, paid premium delivery, but what arrived was a set of newman in brown, wrong shoes, very disappointing,Contact number on website for customers is not working from either a landline or mobile, called store in swindon, they advised they were unable to help,Now waiting upto 3 days for email response,What a waste of time, frustrating service, should have brought elsewhere

My husband has bought suites on 2 separate occasions, served by the same very helpful gentleman both times. Can't fault the suites & we we're both glad of the very honest opinion of the salesman. What I didn't appreciate is the dietary advice given by the female assistant when my husband asked about slim fit shirts. No he's not built like Chris Hemsworth but find a different way of letting him know that.
