Have not been to Subway for at least 10 years. Now I know again why.
I came 5 min before closing. Ok, not ideal. But the employee was more than annoyed to serve me that close to finish her work. Her tone and the subtext told me that clearly.
The food and especially the way she threw it in the bag was pretty uninspiring.

Absolute rip-off. Charged £2 for two slices of salami on a kids pack. Staff didn't know what came in a kiss pack either.
Two other 6 inch subs totaled £18. For a basic sandwich. Last time I visit.

I would have given it no star at all if allowed. Hostile staff and the most unhelpful. The worst of all subways I have ever seen! Same with many reviews I have seen so it wasn?t just a bad day.

My recent visit to Subway left much to be desired in terms of customer service. Despite offering to pay extra, the staff refused simple requests like adding cheese and another sauce to my sub, citing pre-made deals. It's evident that the focus of the employees is not on customer satisfaction. Unless there's a notable improvement, I'm unlikely to return.

Nice quiet Subway, I'm not sure how busy it gets during peak hours but on the off they are great. Large bright sitting area and calm atmosphere. They are situated in a way you don't get the noise from the main road and is mostly peaceful except cars driving around the car park.

Clean, Fast and Friendly service. Missed the breakfast, but could make something close using lunch ingredients.Update: new all day breakfast is great. fast friendly staffWheelchair accessibility: 2 parking spaces out with easy access to the store.

Staff rude, never get what you order online so there isn?t any point in doing it as your just wasting your time. Staff refused to take cheese out of one of the new subways and where sooo unhelpful on the new menu.

Avoid. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff.I left another review about how surly the staff were and how inflexible they were with the food but that does not seem to be here.Sub with 4 items of salad but they would only remove 1 item, not the 2 my son asked for. It's not as if he asked for something in its place or an additional item. They have to add those toppings, what hardship is it to only add 2 of the 4 and give the customer what they want? It makes no sense whatsoever.We won't be returning.We made our own for a quarter of the price, without the extra unwanted toppings!

The location is perfect for the M4 and west slAwindon. The staff are always friendly, helpful and willing to help. The location is always clean and the hardest part of the whole experience is the parking but this does depend on the time of day.

Went to sit in for lunch, when my 4yr old said she needed the toilet, we were told we had to order first and code for the toilet would be on the receipt so I asked her to put anything through cos my daughter was desperate, but we had to wait our turn. I kept begging the server to just open it, she said she couldn't then eventually put something though for herself.The processes took so long that my daughter wet herself. I was so disappointed and infuriated at the lack of consideration for putting this type of process in place.The supervisor (wears black) was sat having lunch right next to the toilet, watching and did nothing to help. There were no apologies we then had to ask for blue roll to wipe the pee off the floor, which I was very tempted to just leave there!!When I complained he said there was nothing they could do and all refurbed Subs were like that then said not all servers know the code by heart which gave me the impression he knew it and just did nothing!The next customer to walk in were a very very elderly couple, who also needed the rest room and were told the same thing, they were very upset by it and made the point of restricting disability access, one would have to wait regardless of condition even if the queue was 20 people long.

Customer service is none existent , my breakfast wrap looked like a car crash and was thrown in the bin. No the first time I?ve been disappointed by this branch. It will be the last though. Thanks Subway
