Gotta be hands down some of the worst service I?ve seen. After waiting 2 hours for delivery, (which I can understand can be the delivery partners fault) received 1/3 of the order. After calling the place all we got was ?we?re closed now?. Chased up a refund for the £17 order and managed to get £1.60 back :,) £15.40 for a footlong and mushy waffle fries? Deliveroo was actually more help for once in comparison to the restaurant, cheers guys ?

I?m not sure if the guy there is the manager but this is the second time we?ve come in and after I told them I?m gluten free, he has cleaned every surface so there is no crumb in sight, all handles, made sure the food he put in wasn?t contaminated- I have not seen any other subway make this kind of effort for my allergies - in fact I?ve never seen any other place wipe the surface down?And I?ve been to a fair few!! As a celiac who gets very anxious with eating out, I have absolutely no fear when walking in. Best employee who deserves a raise.

So Friday 19th July I have ordered a subway for me and my partner and One item Didn?t turn up And they didn?t respect my allergies clearly said no pepper and pepper in it. I contacted Uber eat And I am not happy with the service I received I want my full refund back

The food is your standard Subway food and each time it has come as expected.It is evident the staff here are hard working and dedicated, working well under the lunch rush, while still being friendly.The one gentleman who has been here each time we visited has been especially great and will need to find out his name for my review.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available. Currently with a free packet of seed my son has been enjoying planting.

Ordered on just eat and delivery expected in 20 - 30 mins, after an hour of waiting we phoned the store to see how long delivery would be, a lady answered and said "it's left the store and it's on its way.Another 45 mins goes by and we phone the store again of which the lady says she would phone the driver and then said that delivery would be another 30 mins. We asked to cancel the order the lady in store got short with us then hung up the phone. We tried to phone back multiple times but was met with no answer or they picked up the phone and left on the side. VERY unprofessional service and suggest that having delivery from this store be avoided! 2hrs and 15 mins for delivery!

Two men working in the shop really nice and helpful. Then some hitler walked in no uniform hat on shouting and the two men in a really rude way. I felt very uncomfortable and the man was very very rude. Banging and crashing around the kitchen like a spoiled kid when told you can?t have candy. Won?t be going back there again. Friday night after would should be able to chill and eat in peace not fell embarrassed and awkward.

Visited today the gentleman serving was very pleasant and apologetic for the wait as he was on his own. Driver was laid back in his car apparently he's ment to collect food and be a bit helpful but wasn't. Staff working together make a good team . Help the poor bloke out and get a new driver! .

The sandwich is subway as usual, however this store is very well organized, clean and the staff is very friendly.You will be served very quickly.The downside is that it closes very early even on weekends. I would suggest to rethink that as I bet it would still sell more sandwiches!!

Recently had another disgusting visit to the Chippenham Subway but as always, ordering for delivery from the Royal Wootton Bassett branch was great. They don?t skimp on the portion, delivered fast and still warm. Sure it?s a little pricey compared to other take aways on Bassett high street, but at least it?s open ? unlike a certain chippy near the church ?????

Ordered through just eat. Spent a a lot on the order. They didn?t deliver any of the drinks, the sauces ordered were all leaked in the bag and other items ordered had been missed. Tried calling the restaurant and the number just continuously calls, to find there?s a mobile number instead of the number provided with just eat. Tried ringing that and no answer. I would have questioned the delivery driver but he was in the car when I opened the door.
