Careful guys don?t trust them ,Please don?t ever deal with them . I have paid a holding deposit of 300£ for a car when I drove it I didn?t like it . I keep calling them for two weeks now and they answer my call but they never refund me my money and they all were very rude over the phone .

the worst trader on autotrader. I was able to reserve a vehicle trough their website I even got a confirmation email that the vehicle was successfully reserved, next day i traveled 60 miles to go and see the vehicle in person when i arrived they told me that the car was just sold to a gentleman who was signing the documents already there. my worst experience ever with a vehicle trader. please don't bother even looking at their website as it is not even up to date apparently... waiting for a refund now let's see how long it will take..

Absolute horrible experience buying a car from S R Motor Group Swindon!If you would like to buy a car, the likes of one you would be sold by Matilda's dad, this is where to go!I purchased a Mercedes C Class from S R Motor Group last month. First, I was made to wait a week to collect the car due to what they said was the final checks being done. Reflecting back now this was mostly likely the final patch up being done!The car was a 17 plate, it wasn?t an old car. I paid £17,089 with the expectation to drive away happily with everything in order. What I was left to deal with was the complete opposite!First the back window button had been snapped off and placed back in its position to hide the damage. When being shown the car by the salesman Simon I noticed the back window wasn?t completely up, instead of putting the window up he quickly ushered away averting my attention to something else. It was clear afterwards why this was done.The passengers window was the next thing I found was broken and didn?t work.In the following days while driving on the motorway with my 7 year old son I attempted to clear the windscreen to improve my vision only to find the washer motor system did not work. No water was coming out the pipes. My window was covered white through the salt on the road blinding my vision while travelling at speed. In order to avoid collision I had to quickly pull over on the hard shoulder which left my son terrified and distraught. This was a life threatening situation for me and my son!A week after purchase the engine management light began showing followed by a warning on the dash saying engine non start in approximately 400 miles. The cars break pads had worn away causing the car to squeak while driving and what appeared to mark on the centre console beside the clock was actually a crack in the plastic.After having to contact S R Motor Group several times asking them to help redeem these issues the door was shut in my face and left out in the cold. The only item they replaced for me was the button on the drivers door. I was told to claim the warranty and they would not fix cosmetic damages.I wasn?t made aware of any of these issues before buying the car, I shouldn?t be spending 17k on a car I was told to be in great condition to then only weeks later find myself in and out of garages spending more money just to bring it up to scratch. This was my dream car, SR Motor Group Swindon turned it into a nightmare! Ive been left feeling completely exploited and deceived.Instead of S R Motor Group Swindon this company should been calledS R Motor Group Swindle!

STAY AWAY! Vehicle was in the garage in the first week. I was told my service history that the vehicle was advertised with would be sent to me for over a month, only to be told it?s not coming at all, so I?ve massively overpaid for my vehicle. Customer service is nonexistent!

NEVER buy a car from this garage.Utterly shocked to buy a car that had not been serviced but was made under the pretence it had.The back light was held in with Velcro!!!! You would think a competent garage would have screwed this in. No wonder it fell out on the motorway. In rectifying the issue they have been nothing but rude and disrespectful towards me. They are low level people of little self respect. Buy a car here and experience what it is like to be a victim of fraud!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!SR MOTOR GROUP, 5 Ermin Street, Swindon, SN26 8DJI bought a BMW 4 months ago. After driving around for a week I noticed it wasn?t driving correctly, after further inspection I noticed the bonnet & Side panels were out of line. When I asked them about this, he tried to accuse me of crashing and repairing the car within 7 days of ownership! I had my theories confirmed by local garage, it was definitely a crash repair.THESE GUYS ARE CON-ARTIST....AVOID, AVOID, AAAVIOD Locally the garages knows they obtain unrecorded written off vehicles from insurers and repairing / selling them on within the time scale, before they are legally obligated to declare the vehicle as written off on the national data base. Which is a HPI check, so all the vehicles will come up clear, because they haven?t been declared - this is the loop hole their using.Avoid buying a death trap!Most good feedback is from their own accounts and their mates.

Great staff,polite, engaging and not at all pushy nothing was too much trouble .All the small issue we wanted sorting with the car were done before pick up.Would defo buy from them again .

bought a Jag for cash and a day after it was delivered l jad problems with it. l got the original fault sorted but it took weeks to get my money back which was a little disappointing. then more faults appeared which as they were ot engine or gearbox related they would not be covered so be careful of the warranty they offer. also no one ever gets back to you. ot a very good service overall

Paid for the car in full and asked for home delivery.Had to keep ringing to find out if it was sorted and coming on the day we ask.For home delivery they just drive the car down to you, not on a flat bed truck.When it got to me it had a chip in the windshield, a broken internal mirror that had been coved up with a mirror put over it, held on with two hair bands and also no parcel shelf.I have spoken to many people there about this and sent pictures and they have all said that someone will call me back about this and no one ever does.So far it?s been a week.I have never had anywhere so unhelpful and disinterested in my life.it?s like they just want to take your money and run and don?t care less about the customer or there reputation.

After viewing a couple of other Volkswagen Tiguans, I bought my new one from here. The service from just going to have a look to the end was brilliant. I was given a really good part exchange for my old car too. I went to view and test drive on my own and felt no pressure, had all my questions answered and felt genuinely valued. My new car was put through a new MOT, service and valet before I collected. It was spotless! I got to test drive again to make sure I was happy with the car before commiting to buying. The process was really simple and Niaz made it pleasant and smooth throughout. I love my new car. Thank you so much!

I have purchased two vehicles so far from them.I found the whole process to be very smooth,from test driving the cars to finance them .Couple of weeks after my second purchase ,the car developed a minor fault with the boot.Phoned them up and they sorted it in less than 48 hours,including the parts order. Can't recommend them enough

I brought Mercedes E class in Aug 2022 from these S R Motors. I had to take it back for service twice to their garage and now after 6 month, my car dashboard is showing engine icon is highlighted. I requested them to look into it and they flately refused. The after sales service is very poor!

I bought a car from here early last week, which when delivered appeared to be not as described, missing key features that were advertised both on AutoTrader and on SR-Autos website.I have been told by the Sales Manager that i need to drive the car back 1.5 hours with no insurance or tax to get a refund, rather than have the vehicle collected. I have been waiting for a response for 5 days now. Very unprofessional.
