Very bad customer service when we came in the store and we just ask for shoes size and one girl behaviour so aggressive or rudely and she make with us distance like our personality not good and seriously we don?t come again for next time ????

Lots of products crammed into this store, very little space to browse.
A minimal amount of staff dotted around.
Now, be aware of their returns policy.
You can NOT have a refund for anything, only an exchange or credit note. So only buy if you are sure the item is suitable!

I just bought one shoes and I just wear it inside my house for 10 sec then I remove immediately and I go back the store but they said they didn?t change also it?s so ridicules and i leave it the shoes their it?s annoying customer service ??

The prices are ridiculously marked up!
The worst example I could find was the brand ?money?
They had a single t shirt for sale with the standard small logo printed at the top corner of the shirt front facing for £30!
A Quick Look at the money website and they sell 3x shirts (exactly the same style) as a multi pack for £21.99
This is embarrassing, everything in store was massively overpriced! Will be my last visit ever!
I guarantee by 2030 they would have likely gone into liquidation! No one is paying these prices! And if they are they?re stupid!
Which means you soley rely on stupidity to make sales, that?s embarrassing!
This store used to be known as the cheaper alternative to medium category brands? now it?s indeed on average 20% higher than the brands actually sell the items for themselves!

Cannot get hold of customer services as no phone number provided. Returns needs order number which it isn?t recognising?so can?t return a faulty item at the moment and no one is replying to the email I sent either!

They have lots of sportswear. Well arranged. Only thing i don't like is the staff. None of them are friendly. They don't help customers to find what they need. I met 5 or 6 employees all of them are very rude they don't care about customers. I went there 3 or 4 times. I don't recommend this branch.

Check your bill we picked up some shoes prices at 22 and they tried to charge us 25 for them
