The store has recently had a refit & is now more light, airy & roomy. The staff are always welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable. There are lots of frames to choose from, many different shapes & colours. When it comes to sunglasses frames there are not so many to choose from. I have a smaller face & often find it difficult to find frames that are suitable for me. Overall I have found d Specsavers to be efficient when it comes to comes to eye testing & organising my new glasses.

Specsavers is waste of time and make expensive glasses.
I had very bad experience with them, recently ordered my glasses but the staff didn't understand the instructions. They charged me extra money but didn't add reflection on my glasses. When I approached them ,they asked for another £70 for new pair of glasses.
I really disappointed and they wasted my time. I will never go there again and not recommend anyone to go there.

Amazing experience in store for a eye test seen by Usman was amazing, very professional and made me feel important, I was referred to the hospital and seen within a week, outcome all ok, thank you for your swift referral and care and kindness. And thank you to a extremely lovely lady called kath who dispensed by new prescription, was very professional and kind went above and beyond and could not have been more helpful explained the lens options in great detail. Thank you to you both on my visit in the swindon store at specsavers.

Booked appt using the online page. Straightforward and simple. Received email confirmation immediately. Follow-up phone call one day before appt to confirm. Appt started on time with prompt service at reception and by the optometrist.

I have been going to specsavers since I was 11 years old, so I consider myself a loyal customer. However, a warning over delays would be appreciated. Whether it?s due to the optician getting in late or if another customer is running behind. I waited nearly 45 minutes to be seen. I thoroughly believe if a customer is going to be late, either reschedule your sight test or call ahead to let them know. You being late to your appointment is not my problem. More opticians should be hired and more staff. Other than that, I?m happy with my glasses.
