I was in the town centre in Swindon and thought I would go to the Timpson store in the Brunel.\\nI was in a hurry so I thought that I may have to call back the next day, but it was no problem, Kris was very friendly, polite and nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend this store for an excellent service.”

During this time he had a rather rude customer but he kept his professionalism and served her with a smile, I’m must say I was impressed. Five minutes later my shoe was fixed and with no charge.
