Needed to vacuum my car out waste of time machine doesn't work properly tried to switch from air to vacuum doesn't work already put money in,asked staff if they can help the young lady said she's all alone there I asked again she then said I'll call someone it was the manager who was in the back came no help at all,why have services in your petrol station the staff don't know anything or they lie about the service,or lie about being alone when there not,I paid for a service that I didn't get go somewhere else save your money petrol cheaper at asda,sainsburys,they have the same services.over the years that she'll garage always has a high turn over of staff all the females with one thing in common the manager,if the manager can't sort out a problem then he's in the wrong job,the manager didn't even try to help me he certainly doesn't know how to communicate with people the best thing for him to do is to work in a light house,I'm upset that the manager turned to shh me not talk which is rude,that I was made to feel o wasn't there also the money wasn't offered back as well so all the ladies please find a better petrol station

I've never been there but they filed a false charge of fuel theft through Forecourt eye
Photo evidence was fake number plate similar to ours but completely wrong car.
Explations were ignored
Police report filed.
Avoid.

I visited the petrol station local onMead Way, Shaw Rd, Shaw, Swindon SN5 5XS and I paid for the vacuum cleaner, however it was jammed and someone had to come and restart the machine.Once it was sorted, I was shamelessly asked to put another £2 into the machine and the guy just said he cannot do anything about i.Disgraceful customer service and unacceptable

Price gouging site.8.0p/l more expensive here than two other Shell garages within 1-2 miles of this site on the same day.I used to use this site all the time, but not anymore. Not until they stop price gouging their customers.

I travel all over the country and us shell because I have a fule card, I can honestly say this garage has the most friendly staff outstanding customer service. Well done everyone this is very rare now a days keep up the great work and thank you ????

Always friendly staff. Typical fuel prices. Tried the cheese and bacon wrap, the cheese has too much pepper and makes it taste aweful, coupled with the high salt bacon, not a good taste!

Shelf advert for crisps at one price directly over the crisps I bought. Same brand. Seems it only applies to one set of flavours with tiny text, on a different shelf. Oh well. Last time here. Very deceptive.

Biker beware!!!!Discrimination towards bikers!!!Not allowing me fill my bike up as it?s against their policy!!!I ride a classic Superbike that on the side stand its impossible to fill the tank due to the lean angle,I?ve tried talking to the manager and he says it?s illegal to fill your bike up sat on it!!!!He?s very rude and stated he doesn?t want my business because I?m a biker!!!

Unfortunately had to change to different petrol stations. I come to fuell upMy baby a6 4.2 petrol . Not using this car much but it was dirty. So I herd that I have to clean my number plate before they allowed me to fuellUp . Lady could ask maybe for id or something else . But I won?t clean it in my suit. So I have change petrol station. But they didn?t know I was fuell upMy business fleet with them but not any more . And I herd I was not only one !!!! Who was force to do it . Good luck.
