I have shopped here for donkeys years but will soon not bother . Dreadful dreary Staff.
One would think that given the looming threat of Lidl and existing threat of Aldi that management would inject a little more ?oomph? into its staff. Whilst there are one or two that are wonderful individuals when it comes to customer service - the vast majority are in my experience are gormless, slow and disinterested, taking far too long to serve customers (particularly at the cigarette counter )
Often there are more staff than customers in the shop and yet still the queues are ridiculous - again this is usually the cigarette counter with slow sloppy customer service ?
Management - Sort your staff training out ?-OR Sainsbury?s SLT ? sort your management team out before the competition devour you !
And whilst on the subject - your security guard could learn a thing or two about customer awareness - and stop looking and treating anyone and everyone like criminals ! .

Really going down hill. Used to seeing management turn a blind eye to shop lifters but a fully grown woman riding her bike around the shop almost taking out customers and now a man shopping in just his boxer shorts with a shop full of families.... what a disgrace

Used car park and called briefly in store, cheap at 50 pence for an hour's parking.
No toilets or fuel station, not the best store I have visited.
