Got outright abused by a station employee, who then lied to me & tried to provoke me for a retaliatory response (but failed and hence got even more irritated). I left the complaint on Sainsbury's site and hope that they investigate it, but the fact that the she bluntly stole my time and attempted to ruin my day is disappointing.

Poor to be fair. The pumps had no pay at pump.Inside the shop it was quite empty as far as grabbing a bite to eat. Sandwich fridge was bare,so you couldn?t get a sandwich meal deal as there wasn?t any. Needs restocking seeing as main store is only across the car park.Only one staff member serving and a long queue. Dissapointing.

Well priced self-serve jet wash - £2 per 4 minutes. Choose 4, 8 or 12 minutes (£2, £4 or £8). Accepts contactless. Wheel wash, snow foam, hot foam brush, power rinse, and foam wax.

The new arrangements for click and collect at Sainsburys Bridgemead are just plain daft. Previously up to six cars could be loading at a time, the new "drive through" system often means it is just one. And the staff have to walk miles to bring out the orders rather than just picking them off a van standing by the c&c bays. Suggest the old system is re-instated pdq.
