5 star rating to the lovely lady behind the till today who was also training another lady. Extremely helpful, asked to get the top off the model as it was the right size. Girls were very helpful, shame about the manager, 10 minute wait, didn't seem very impressed tense body language and didnt seem happy.

I buy online blazer for my son 1st holy communion.When he was trying found some kind of batch inside the pocket.Took it to the swindon store to return and the staff checked and confirmed somebody has used it and returned and sold to me by River Island.Completely not happy with the service.During this Covid-19 situation they must check and clean the Returns item.
