I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Lauren at Puma swindon. From the moment i walked in, she greated me with a warm and welcoming smile. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me and my friend out looking for a certain football top. Lauren?s patience and willingness to go the extra mile made my shopping experience more enjoyable. I highly recommend Puma Swindon if you?re visiting the outlet centre!

I recently visited the Puma store in Swindon and had a fantastic experience, thanks to the outstanding service I received. On separate visits, Sophie and Angelika went above and beyond to assist me. Sophie was incredibly helpful in finding new shoes, offering expert advice and ensuring a great fit.
Angelika later assisted me with selecting some new training gear, providing excellent recommendations based on my needs. Both Sophie and Angelika were knowledgeable, friendly, and made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. The Puma store in Swindon is lucky to have such helpful staff. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality sportswear and exceptional customer service

Fantastic service in store today, Natalia was very friendly and helpful, sourcing different sizes for me. Nothing was too much trouble for her, definitely service with a smile. It was helpful to deal with Natalia all the way through the buying process from initial enquiry to paying at the till, the customer service was second to none.

Popped into the store yesterday to grab a few bits and was served by Jemma who helped me find a few extra bits I didn?t know I needed. She was kind and thoughtful and took extra detail in order to find me items she thought I?d like alongside what I went in for! Would recommend speaking to her every time.
