Absolutely beautiful hotel. We stayed here for one night celebrating a family birthday. The room was spotlessly clean.
The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful.
The restaurant was lovely except the aircon was so cold, our breakfast went cold quickly.

Extremely helpful staff when our truck broke down outside halfway on our journey from Norwich to Cornwall. We had already booked a room to stop halfway, but everyone was so friendly and helpful, we have commented that people in Swindon seem to be so kind and helpful.

Staff here are really sweet and chatty. Sometimes Prem Inn staff can be overly officious but the two fabulous people who greeted us made a huge difference to our stay. Nice one.

This place is really in need of some modernisation, Bed was uncomfortable, corridors & rooms felt like they was from the late 90's.
The beefeater opposite for food whilst you stay there is a bit hit & miss. Morning staff seem more on the ball than evening staff,Where we wainted up to 45 mins for food & that wasn't the best.

Highly recommended! Stayed just a couple of nights and had a very good experience. The room was clean, tidy and smelled really nice and the I found the bed very comfortable. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The hotel restaurant is the Beefeater, where the staff is super friendly too and they were prepared to provide gluten free options for both breakfast and dinner.

Great stop off hotel, hotel is older but the team friendly. Needs a refurb and painting. Beefeater restaurant next door is ok.

We needed an economical stop off on a roadtrip out that way and this premier inn ticked that box! You know what you will get with staying with this company. This one had extremely pleasant staff and an eagerness to make our stay as good as possible. We'd happily revisit!?

Stayed earlier in the week for business trip. Excellent and clean stay. Special mention to the Receptionist I think name was Lucy for the fantastic service and being very attentive to my needs and requests.

Great location and parking but rooms are hit and miss. Had issues with smoking or damp smell inside of rooms, showers and noise during the night if near doors.
