If I could give no stars I would. I was in the queue for this post office for 50 minutes. By the time I got to the front it had got to 12:30, the closing time. The lady rudely said no and closed her shutter. Disgusting service. Rude woman.

I know people complain about the queues, but that?s not caused by the friendly staff. You need to consider the post office is next to a school, and that it is servicing a huge area of North Swindon.
We could all go to different post offices but we don?t because the Abbey Meads post office has a quicker pick up time?
The staff are working hard to get through the high demand of people?
People needing to post also wait until the either drop off or collect their kids from school, so of course queues are going up be long? They would be long in any area with such high demands at peak times!
Ideally, the Council should create an independent post office in Abbey Meads to support the demand? Have at least 5 cubicles to cover peak times instead of just 2?
Instead of people blaming the staff, they should be supporting them by demanding a bigger post office!
These people work very hard, and should be appreciated for their efforts. It must be very difficult having so many people arrive at the same time to post a parcel!

An ordeal! Long queue and the lady behind the counter is exceptionally rude. More staff and more customer service training needed. I would avoid this post office if possible.

Long queues, which isn?t really the staffs fault. Rude staff, make you feel stupid. Put my parcel down and her printer started printing so I picked the parcel up to help speed things up (as she had given the whole queue a lecture to be ready) and she said ?you?re moving it you?re moving it!! Now I have to start all over again?. I said sorry and she said ?my system needs to register it first?!? I said I didn?t know it wasn?t already done. Honestly only use this post office as it?s my closest but wouldn?t recommend it and will try and go elsewhere next time.

Tried to drop a parcel off today and for the second time this month it is closed within its usual working hours. Unreliable and disappointing.

Parking has become impossible outside over the past few months. I now park at Asda Orbital and walk but not everyone can. The queues can sometimes be frustrating but I've always found the staff helpful, patient and friendly.

A very rude woman served me. She had the most miserable look on her face. I don't think she wanted to be there. Terrible customer service. She actually asked me (very rudely) if I had an address label on my parcel! Of course I had an address label on it. Why would I be returning something without an address label?? Very rude woman with no customer service skills. The staff need to be replaced in there with people who actually want to be there and offer a great service, with a friendly smile!

Useless. Joined the queue before shutting and then we got to the front was told he needed to go home as he finished. Have some respect and dedication and serve your customers!!! Rude man

In 19 months living in Abbey Meads, I've always been able to post my parcels with no problem. There is often a queue, as with all post offices, I lived in Oxford before, and there were always queues there too. Unfortunately there aren't enough post offices in the country so it's busy whichever one you turn up to. Abbey Meads PO does the job I need it to provide.

I don?t know name of the lady who works in small post office in Tesco but she was rude and not helpful.
