Good and tasty pizzas. Not too expensive if you take one of the deals. Web orders can be a bit hit and miss. Sometimes they've not been processed, other times they've forgotten you're waiting. Just give them a friendly nudge and things get sorted.

Such a weird experience. Wait staff literally only bring out food these days not even taking your order which I find odd. Shockingly expensive to eat here . Chose to eat here as nearby Ridge was too busy during the car meet, this place seemed completely empty considering how busy it was next door.When staff did come over they were very polite though.

I had to wait whilst other in my company ate their meals and finished. They brought out a pizza I didn't order...twice. was told I would be issued a refund. I am still waiting for that. I will update my review of that does eventually materialise.

We were warned when we arrived that the wait for the food would be 30 minutes and that the restaurant was card only.Ice-cream factory wasn't solid; counter covered in sweets and sauce. No onion in salad bar. Member of staff said there was no onion, but I had it on my pizza!Toilets (ladies) had toilet roll and water all over the floor, which they cleaned immediately after reporting it.Waited 30 minutes for dessert to arrive, only to be told they hadn't cooked it!Parking: Plenty of free parking.

Having lived nearby for nearly three years we couldn't understand why we hadn't visited sooner however we won't be rushing back.Overall the service was pleasant if slightly absent as you now order via your phone. Increasingly popular in food establishments but I worry for people who don't have access to such technology or the ability to understand it. You also lose the personal touch of having your server actually interact with the table. They were helpful and polite when we needed extra cutlery and delivering the food to the table.The salad bar was a little lacking and could have done with a tidy up and refresh. It had variety but it all just looked a little tired.It was fairly good value for a family of three using one of the deals and we made it worthwhile having refill drinks, ice cream factory and salad bowls. We certainly weren't hungry. The pizza and sides were hot and tasty.The restaurant was fairly cold and the toilets even colder. Again the toilets could have done with a refresh. Lots of toilet paper on the floors and needed a bit of a clean.All in all it wasn't an unpleasant meal but it just felt a bit lacking.Kid-friendliness: Children well catered for.

Slow to get pizza on the buffet, no thin crust put out on our visit. Place was fairly busy and many people kept walking back to their tables empty handed.
