I order 2 pizzas from there, but I don?t know if the restaurant or the delivery driver bring the pizzas destroyed and melted, I reported that by a call and they told that was my fault when I take the pizzas, I destroyed. Why would I destroy pizzas on purpose? Even I said to that guy that if don?t believe me He can take back the pizzas because I didn?t eat anything. The pizzas are completely destroyed.

I?ve been ordering from this place many times and never got disappointed. Pizza always was hot and cooked spot on, no overcooked or undercooked. This time I did collect myself while coming back from work, stuff were helpful and they even gave me free dips(cause I forgot to put in my order)Had a good costumer service!Recommend?!!!

Pizza Hut became the worst place to order a pizza. Garlic bread show something in the advertise and they send other. It is unbelievable how a big company like this mislead costumers. I would love to post a picture so everyone can see.Really disappointed with Pizza Hut

Terrible, the person on the phone so defensive and rude. This is what you pay £25 for! No care, so say not burnt and is absolutely vile. Took 15 minutes to get through on the phone.As an update: a replacement was sent, took 1Hour. Turned up and it was pretty much of the same.Told the guy to stick it and said the person was rude on the phone.Then this young bird rang me and was trying to be billy big bollucks. Shouting and swearing. Told her to grow up and hung the phone up. Yet £25 down and no ediblePizza

This was a delivery order. Done through there website site. Food was hot but burnt the pizza anyway. The chicken was like rubber and the garlic bread was all soggy like it was microwaved. The delivery was quick but don't know if the diver worked for Pizza Hut as he was not in a uniform. The seal that was on the pizza was not pressed down and not used probably and the pizza could have been opened.
