Terrible, food quality was bad pizza was soggy and had no taste, bad service as they waitress didn?t know any offers or what they?ve had in stock and gave us the wrong bill twice before manager amended it they over charged by 40£ first and what they put on the bill was incorrect also the cook was some kid that was wearing headphones over all it was all very unprofessional

We visited on Christmas Eve at 8:15 - when we arrived there was only one other occupied table. The waiter took our order promptly, however the starters took 30 minutes to be served. After finishing and having our plates collected we then waited another 40 minutes for our mains - 2 buddha bowls and 2 lasagnas. The salad in the bowls looked dried up as though having sat under the heat lamps and the lasagnas appeared to have had a tin of tomato purée tipped over it and was not good. We had ordered bread sticks to accompany the bowls but, as they hadn?t arrived by the time we had almost finished eating, we cancelled them.
During our wait, at one point we smelt cigarette smoke wafting through the restaurant, another of the 3 other tables occupied since our arrival also commented on it. The table behind us asked to pay for their drinks and left as their food was also taking too long. Our young grandson was so looking forward to dessert but we couldn?t risk another lengthy wait as he had a 2 hour journey home, so he missed out and was very disappointed.
.We asked the waiter if we could speak to the manager, she went and asked him and he said he was too busy!! I felt so sorry for the waiter, she was so embarrassed. She was doing her very best but couldn?t control what was going on in the kitchen.
As a family we have been visiting this restaurant regularly for over 30 years and have never experienced such appalling food or service.
I feel that after all these years I have lost all confidence in this restaurant and sadly we?ll be unlikely to return.

Matty at Swindon old town - Such a lovely guy after having issues with just eat (& waiting an hour and a half for no driver being assigned)
Made us new pizzas due to them going cold & we were able to cancel just eat and collect in store.
Great customer service & understanding - all staff were super lovely!

The toilet has a window above it, and the tap is deceptive because it looks like it has a motion sensor but it in fact does not! Push the end of it, thank me later.
Also, the waitress we had was absolutely awesome, i ordered the lasagne!
Ive had better lasagne but everyone else raved about how good their food was and it was not bad by any stretch of the imagination.
Go in peace my children of chaos
P.s we sat in the dungeon which was a little cold but thankfully my self regulatory body temperature is wonderful

When with a party on a Mystery tour, can't tell you what all the meals were like cos we all had pizza and chocolate pudding with ice cream and all free, 30 of us all together so it wasn't cheep, all we payed for was our drinks. £7:25 a large bottle of larger 650ml.

I went with my disabled friend on 4th Aug around 19:00 hrs and noticed that there were only a few people dining and plenty of space available. However, a white female staff member approached us and rudely claimed that they were fully booked, refusing to let us dine in, even though Pizza Express has no pre-booking policy.
