Do not recommend any pets from this place. Many problems. First if all all the staff all look misrealble and do not do their job properly. When u went in there to et a hamster there enclosure was tiny and they lied about there age and kept them with lots of different ages they were all desperate to come out. Sadly my hamster who was in my around a year old died yesterday morning. Mainly because all the stuff pets at home reccomened is not suitiball for hamsters. Such as there food which is just treats and there Saurdust is too dusty which can give infections another thing is we fed noodles ( my hamster from pets at home) the age requires food which was too young so she could of got I'll from that. Another thing ja when I asked questions (2) she told me to shut up and kept telling me to add apps from pets at home. Thanks do not recckmend

My 1st time ever in this store. They were very helpful in us getting our new family addition. Diane was amazing in helping me sign up for the VIP rewards to get more discounts. Very greatful and will be returning! I'm so said I didn't get the name of the other lady who helped us meet and reserve our corn snake. You were amazing and we really appreciate you.
