Went in today with my partner just doing a bit of Christmas shopping and 1 specific staff member was just so lovely and so helpful it really made our day. Thank you so much you are just a wonderful person and I hope this review finds you well.

I purchased a pair of boots stilettos and a tote bag from Swindon Peacocks store on Regent Street.I am writing this review against a woman employee at the till at the time of my billing.Careless and adamant behaviour - After knowing the total I asked her to confirm the price of the stilettos which I had seen was 10 pounds, but she didn?t even bother to check it and straightaway told me it was 15 pounds, and charged me with that price. After paying when I myself checked it, the price turned out to be 10 pounds and then I had to request for a refund.Arrogance and non cooperation - When I requested her for a single piece of paper to cover the stilettos so that it won?t affect the tote, she once again arrogantly just said,? oh we don?t have any ??When I spoke to my sister there that I will write a review, the employee heard it and said, ?for what??Which is why I really felt that she not only deserves a review but a Formal Complaint so that no other customer has to take such arrogance and careless attitude and yet pay more due to the employee?s mistakes and yet receive a disrespectful and bad treatment from any of the Peacocks store.

Shambles- floor is disgusting, the clothes have gotten so much worse quality and still selling for stupid prices. And to make matters worse the staff are in their own world gossiping while there?s a queue at the till.

Not the most helpful of staff in store. Needed help with sizes on a potential order and seemed to be the end of the world to help. Tried to play it down with humour but i didnt really feel it was the best rapport build. Its a nice store but lack of clothes nowadays and prices increased massively. I only ever buy items in the sale now.
