I don?t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this shop was disappointing enough to warrant one. The customer service was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was a burden rather than a customer. Simple questions were met with eye-rolls and curt responses, and the overall attitude was unprofessional and dismissive.
I understand it?s a small business, and things can get stressful, but that?s no excuse for treating people with disrespect. I had intended to support a local shop, but after this experience, I?ll be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of places that offer similar products without this attitude.

Vapes- specifically the purchase of lost mary vapes. Twice now,I've purchased vapes with cash and one of them is a dud.
I go back to the shop and in shouted at by a specific guy behind the till. I get told, " I've told you that's what you get".
I dunt receive any manners from them.
I don't get money back, or a replacement.
There's no adherence to the consumer act.
It's suss.
Apart from that it is OK

Spoiled stuff, most things expired too expensive, not good quality fruits and veg (are rotten ) bad customer service, only thing cheap are some snacks like a chocolate gold coin for 50p

Honestly the best store, so polite and always convenient.. I was a bit shocked being 26 and getting ID to buy a vape. But it is good to see that they take age restriction products seriously! Honestly one of the best shops in Swindon.

Nicely stocked, priced as expected for a convenience shop, haven't ever used a card in there (and from one review I don't think I ever will) they discount items at times which is nice, despite it's small size they stock a lot including fruit and veg.As it's located near a school and opens until late you can assume busy periods and difficulty parking as the car park fits 4 small cars.
