Infrequent visit to the Costa located on the top floor of this store. 3 young female members of staff all behind the counter were chattering and inattentive and not clearing the many tables overflowing with cups, saucers and debris. All in all a pretty poor advert for Costa. Perhaps explains my infrequent visits.

Large variety but not many staff to help me during the sales. As I am in a wheelchair with my assistance dog it is hard to manover as with aisles not big enough poorly laid out

Clean, well run store with it's own stationary department (WHSmiths) and cafe; Costa.
Free parking and other shops next door, new looks, boots, river island plus Lidl and Asda. Also a starbuck and McDonalds near by.
Good selection of clothes and sizes and very efficient for on line collection, and return of online shopping items. No paperwork, they do it all for you.

A very big store, has a Costa coffee upstairs. Simple return self service, easy collection upstairs. Nice and spacious, only really go in to collect, but wouldn't mind having a browse. Easy parking, easy access.

Husband and I bought a sofa in the sale. Came to collect on Saturday morning. Very kind ladies from the store assisted us carrying to our trailer. Thank you so much going above and beyond your duty. Five star customer care at this store.
