The store itself is good but there?s a rude worker who keeps following us every time we go in and makes it very obvious. Dark bob hair with an accent in her 40s/50s next time she does I will confront her and ask what her problem is

The staff are pleasant, but are not able to work with the ingredients given to produce what me, as the customer is asking for! I want a very dry cappuccino. Whisk the milk like meringue, slowly slowly, let it stand and spoon it over the coffee which by then is usually cold as it?s all done in the wrong order. Please train staff so my coffee is drinkable and worth the money I?m paying.

Please amend your opening times online as it states opens at 9am on Saturday, arrived at 9am but did not open until 9.30am! Very Annoying!!!

Went in looking for plain T Shirts for my daughter to work as a waitress. Met young lady called Abbey who was so polite and helpful and could not have offered greater assistance. She was also wearing one of the t shirts I was looking at which assisted my to make a final choice from those on offer. Amazing value buying in bulk ! Thank you so much - a very pleasant shopping experience

They were good once. I know we're in a pandemic but Next appear to be making so many errors including accepting orders then weeks later informing customers they don't have the item in stock. Customer service has been poor of late too.

Visiting the Greenbridge shops, stopped off at Costa Coffee for a latte - and decided to try the new Honeycomb latte, which they were happy to serve as a large for £3.20 - so its nice to see that they have taken off the VAT thus saving their customers a few pennies! Good social distancing markers, hand sanitizer and everyone queueing wearing masks. Helpful friendly baristas - through service was a little slower than usual due to extra precautions - though better to be safe than sorry! Lots of seating outside. Only issue was the toilets were rather grubby and could have done with a clean!

10/10 service top quality and great helpful staff Yasmine showed me around the store because I?ve never been there before she was lovely to speak to she assisted me from start to finish she was very professional and knew exactly what she was talking about very quick and helpful.
