It?s a shame this one did not close and the town one stayed open it looks like it has not has a refurb in years and needs to be closed!
Can we please have a new store or an ikea or primark or even make it 2 floors and have men?s clothing!!!

Don?t usually write reviews but came into this New look and they had so many nice things, ended up buying far too much and the young lady at the tills was lovely, very chatty and polite, i think she had glasses!?The dressing room lady was also lovely and polite. Both a credit to your team

Can we discuss the whole receipt issue? Only shop I?ve ever been to where you literally feel like your life is in danger if you don?t say ?yes? to a paper receipt. Every transaction, the staff are perfectly polite until they say ?Can I take your email for a receipt?? to which I always reply ?I?ll take a paper one please.? Most staff are ok with this but not last time. She shoved the keyboard in my face and demanded I type in an email address. Stunned, I just maintained eye contact and asked her who she was talking to? Because I looked behind me and couldn?t see anyone. I then said I had the right to a paper receipt and then she really kicked off. In fact it was quite embarrassing - for her. I then went home and made a complaint to Head Office who assured me that her behaviour and request wasn?t on. I told Head Office she was in dire need of customer service training. Honestly.

Good well stocked store.

Shop was very clean and tidy. Lots of space. Changing rooms were clean, tidy and being monitored.
Slight wait at tills however staff were quickly to jump on tills.
Lovely customer service, offered bag, receipt and chit chat regarding if we found everything required.
Only rating 4 stars due to lack of sizes available in lingerie and cropped top areas.

I was buying two dresses.
Staff member seemed genuinely irritated/annoyed throughout the interaction.
Staff member was frustrated when we pointed out an item had come up at the incorrect price and refused to change the price to the price on the tag initially.
I've just seen another review very similar to my experience.
A pretty weird interaction as I was just shopping with my young kids!

Wrote my experience on the wrong store- so copy and paste to here.Went into the Orbital Swindon New Look today with my 15 month old and partner to buy some shoes. Unfortunately, my partner felt some bleeding below and she is early stages pregnant.I immediately asked a young woman who was speaking to another staff member if there were toilets for customers which there weren?t. I appreciate I would need to go somewhere else but i made her aware that my partner is 9 weeks pregnant and was bleeding so if we could use a staff toilet with supervision. With no empathy shown we were asked if we had a NHS card (we don?t) and told to go to Next (store next door) due to insurance. My partner being worried went straight away but with the added stress of thinking the worst, and knowing that she was uncomfortably bleeding below.I would assume if we spoke to a parent or someone with more understanding then we could have used the facilities or got An apology. The staff members also didn?t move from their spot to reassure and check my partner was ok. Maybe if she wanted to sit down or also follow us to the front of store and at least pretend to care.I work in retail for a large and from experience I have taken disabled, elderly and pregnant women to our toilets.The store seemed well staffed and busy.EDITING REVIEW 30/01/23Unfortunately the worst had happened. It not the fault of your store or staff member. However the severity of these situations need to be understood and abit of care (being human).
