Loved the customer service by sweet and lovely girl at the front door in red t-shirt who was allocating tables around 8:30 to 9:30 pm today. She was so sweet, cute and nice. Thank you ?
Food was amazing as well.

The butterfly chicken was very good giving me a burst of flavours in my mouth of spice, honey and of course chicken. The only thing that brought this review down was the service it took some time to order then it took ages to serve the food but I must admit the restaurant was packed. Overall very good food would go again. 4 Stars

Been Dining in Nando?s for the past 4 years
Never been more disappointed
As we mostly go the Nando?s in town center
This was my first time in Nando?s orbital
We had to wait for 15mins to get a table as the staff said that there are no table
But I went upstairs and checked that there were 5 tables vacant upstairs
When I asked them about the tables they said the some are reserved and the table for 2 are not cleaned I said I will wait
When we went and sat on the upper table
They told me that it was reserved tables
Even the 2 person table was reserved as informed my the manager
We Being a couple we enter to Nando?s 19:55pm got a table at 20:20pm
Since the time we arrived till we got the table
The upper side was still vacant
They could have given us the table for 2 as in the picture
Till now the tables are vacant it?s now 21:20pm I don?t see anyone coming for reserved tables which was told by the manager
I don?t don?t understand why wouldn?t they let us sit upstairs
???

Normal Nandos menu, all came out hot and pretty quick. Good staff, Regularly check8ng up we were ok.

The service was amazing however the cutlery was not great the cups had bits around them and clearly wasn?t cleaned properly.
The food was also not the best.

Came in this sunday afternoon, and was greeted by annie. She was absolutely lovely, greeted us with a smile and had a few great conversations. Was sat down, and the food came within 10-15 minutes, perfect temperature, great portioning. Overall excellent service and atmosphere, next time we come travelling down here, we will definitely be coming back!
