“Such a great experience yesterday and we were wowed by Frank. we'd booked tickets for a 1210 showing but the M4 was closed and we were stuck at a standstill for two hours. Frank helped us exchange our tickets for the 1550 4d showing of Dune 2 which helped us out loads. Big shout out to Frank and to the team there. The seats were great, the loos clean and the popcorn very tasty.”
