My purchase had to be ordered from the shop. The delivery went missing so the shop had to reorder,unfortunately this time the shop gave me a shirt which had already been taken out of its packaging which was a different shirt altogether ???? I now have to go back a third time.

We came in for a waistcoat last minute having been given the wrong item in our online order. Spoke to Klaudia on the phone who put the waistcoat by for us. James and Iim were really helpful resolving a complex refund process alongside Customer Service. Thank you all. We would come straight here if we need a suit from Moss again. They have outlet prices on in season suits and great service.
