A lovely local supermarket which is nice in the fact it isn?t an overly big store. Nice to shop in at the quieter times, although because it?s a smaller store, some of the product range can be limited.

Due to Morrisons mistake and issues in their till me and my family were left with no money for more than a week. There were duplicate payments that management didn't want to take care of. They put the whole responsibilty to the bank and didn't even try to help. So if you go to Morrisons please be aware that in case of any issue, Morrisons will not even try to help, they will put all responsibilty to you and someone else, will show impudence, incompetence and arrogant attitude and will leave you to solve their problems by yourself. So be careful. In particular one of the managers Mark on Thames avenue, he will tell you directly he didn't care, that store has your money and you need to wait. Not mentioning and the customer service line, where they didn't even dare to call me to discuss the issue, only general e-mails and very poor customer service on the phone, which calls I initiated, even though I asked several times for them. Nobody cares for the sutomer in Morrisons if you have any issues. So be aware!!!!

This shop is amazing and staff are so polite and extremely helpful as nearly always need help as in wheelchair with my assistance dog . The staff can't do enough amazing and I love going here

First time into the store in many years. Came for the fish and meat counter. Stood like a lemon for many minutes in front of each, was ignored by the server on each counter so I left. Back to the Orbital which is so much better with choice across Asda, M&S and Lidl.
