It's a shame there isn't a global Milk&More google account, as I would be leaving this against their account instead of the Swindon Hub. I fully understand that the people on the front line full-filling orders are not to blame here.Our business to Milk & More wasn?t cared for, to them we?re just a tick in a box, and a delivery of milk at 11pm the night before, which would then get left until the next day to get warm.We tried to explain this to their customer service - but they didn?t care. They couldn?t be bothered, and it was more of an inconvenience for them to even take our call.So we switched. After doing some searching, (which I wish we?d of done in the beginning) to a local farm, that cares.Our business to them matters, it doesn?t line the pockets of some disconnected senior management team and shareholders - and that?s why I?ve made this post.If a few bottles of milk to a local business that cares, can make a difference, then imagine what we could all do if we took the simple view of taking our custom, where it matters.Shop local, support local - and work with others the way you?d wish to be worked with.P.S - If anyone from Milk and More is reading this, it might be worthwhile checking in with your delivery drivers - I?ve got a lovely video clip of one of your drivers expressing their displeasure about doing having to soon deliver to residential?

How could you miss a delivery 3 times in a row and apologise just a day before. They even deliver milk before midnight, 7 hours before use , by then slugs have been all over it ?????, wouldn?t recommend it to anyone sorry.

I would like to know how you can keep customers the way you are going you won?t have any leftI do voluntary shopping for the Elderley of which one lady told me today you will no longer be supplying her anymore milk as she cannot order on the internet ?She has been with you for years since you took over the co op she has milk 3 times a week from you she has stayed loyal even though she could get the milk 31p a pint cheaper from the shops !!Absolutely disgusting service you should hang your heads in shame no respect for the elderly

In bed last night herd plastic being bent, the milkman had drove past the car and bent the wing mirror. Then drove off! At least have the decency to leave a note. Tried calling and on hold for ages, no wonder email system taken off line.

They sell the idea of glass bottle recycling so I joined up even if it is cheaper in the supermarket, have had nothing but trouble no delivery, bottles not collected they deliver 4 but only ever take two empties now overrun with empty bottles totally defeats the object contacted them numerous times but have had no reply so cancelled account and went back to the supermarketabsolutely appalling service god knows how they keep their customers

Terrible. Paid orders either not delivered or incorrect. After repeatedly phoning up to get my money back, they told me they couldn't be expected to deliver orders I have paid for because I haven't committed to a regular delivery. Cancelled the account.

Not happy about having to pay online or by cheque or by DDebit thinking about cancelling milk delivery and getting it from the supermarket where is also cheeper

I have not tried others, and have had initial delivery issues, but have resolved it with a phone call fine. I enjoy washing the empty glass bottles and having them replaced by full ones, not to mention the quality of the products. I also prefer not having to select a delivery slot, (time of the day) as it is conveniently pre-determined. I manage my account online, and it is great to just add something onto the next available one-off or regular delivery. Most my fresh basics come from Milk & More now. If I want to change something, just log in and do so. Glad they deliver to where I live!
