Absolutely shocking service when having paid for priority delivery it took over 2 hours to get my food delivered and then I had to go to the store and get the bits of my order that they hadn't delivered correctly, serves me right for not going to the drive through , when it was delivered it was cold , never again

Fast service friendly staff

The food there is acceptable. But the service there is NOT acceptable. They have forgotten my orders twice and they seemingly take ages to get the food prepared. Staffs there are always talking rather than working. They seem to take pride in having a deep conversation rather than working.. However the table service was nice!
Parking: It is somewhat packed during busy hours.

Got pancakes and sausage, when I got home realised they didn?t give me any syrup.
Had to throw the food away as was in a rush and it?s too dry with syrup.

So ordered food have items missing! Spoke to Callum who is about as helpful as a brick! Told that I can go and collect my missing item but apparently they cannot send out missing food or refund? Very annoyed! So appears they just steal peoples money not even an apology from Callum!

Terrible, probably the worst McDonald?s store in the UK. There are always something missing from your order or something wrong, but guess what too late, as you are already back home to notice or complaint. Not to mention they will hold your order for no reason and make you wait in the car park, while 10 kids or ?staff members? are inside the kitchen playing and throwing stuff at each other while your order is left to ?cool? on the countertop. Avoid the hassle honestly!
