Not good at all. We have ordered an item online. Payment taken but no confirmation of order, in fact no communication at all and certainly no sign of the item we ordered. Always a friendly store and stock many things, I personally preferred the old design as now its harder to get around the and the shelves are over stocked, don't get me wrong I still go there weekly but I have to keep asking where things are

I preferred the old shop... Not many things on this one. Not as fun when you are looking for something different.
