Just been to the Swindon store, to exchange a pair of jeans for regular fit to slim fit which I purchased last Sunday, to be told I couldn't exchange without a receipt. Unfortunately I didn't have the receipt but couldn't understand why you couldn't simply exchange the jeans for the correct fitting as I hadn't even tried them on and all the labels were still in place. Not at all happy and told the lady behind the counter that she can keep the jeans as I won't be wearing them and will never shop at matalands again

Most of the things sold here are good value but you do need to watch out for some, I personally think some items are dated but depends on what your looking for
