As a vegan I hate that everything is dispersed throughout the shop. I hate having to look through the disgusting meat aisle, on the off chance there might be vegan burgers ? spoilers, there aren't. In fact the whole vegan offering is a bit pathetic. Very disappointing.

Pop in at least once a week. Today though, there's a person collecting for a charity outside. At least I think he was...I heard him trying to sell some mixture to an older lady that he swore/promised would protect against Cancer amongst other things. I walked in laughing and heard him say what's she smiling about...on my way out he starts having a go asking why I was smiling...he didn't like being called a snake oil salesman which is exactly what he was. Then he follows me out towards my car shouting about how he knows more about this product and that I must be jacked and full of jam...no idea what he meant but would rather not have my shopping experience ruined by someone who isn't anything to do with the store.
Apart from that incident, I love M&S...Macaroni Cheese is a firm favourite for me and bbq chicken is for the others!

It is very nice and airy with lots of party food and lots of offers 3 for 2 was very surprised at the prices they seemed reasonable for what you were getting

Terrible customer service. Stand in front of the door 10 minutes before 4pm and don?t let anyone in staying they are closed already. Absolutely terrible service from a premium retailer. And rude as well!

Disappointed in the free from section. Mostly gluten free products with a few dairy free. Staff did say dairy free is mixed in with the usual food stuffs.
Plant based flan baskets were reduced. However when looking at the date the Best Before End was 06/24 so already 2 months past it. They were removed from the shelf when i pointed it out.
It was warm outside approx 25 degrees. But it was like a fridge in the store absolutely freezing.
Some well priced products were available.
The store was clean and well laid out.
One human on a till the rest were self service.
Large free carpark.
