Me and my 7 yr old daughter visited the shop on Saturday 24th February. We went in to get a bath bomb and my daughter ended up making one! She loved it and came away with a goody bag too! Charlie was amazing and very friendly with my daughter. Would definitely recommend doing this!

I went shopping here last Saturday to find something for my mother for Valentine?s Day, all of the staff were really friendly! And they helped me have the best experience, I made a bath bomb for the first time and it was a really nice experience, and again the staff were amazing and they helped me find the perfect gifts for my mum :)

My girls and I had a great experience with Lucy the other day at lush. She let us try a range of lovely products including body gels and their sprays. After she massaged their hands we bought the love potion bath bomb and the hair prime which smells like heaven. She also gave us some amazing freebies. Thank you so much xx

Wow what a fantastic experience I had in your Swindon store today. I only went in for a replacement honey soap bar and I came out with the soap, a scrubee, face mask and a very kind little tester gift.Naomi demonstrated the products and helped me pick a face mask to use on my sensitive skin.Maisie and Naomi were lovely and kind very welcoming, easy to talk to and clearly passionate about lush products.Thank you girls.

Me and my partner had an excellent morning experience in Lush Swindon which made both me and my partners day we are both very thankful and grateful for the amazing 5* customer services which was provided by Maisie she set the bar very high for me for how helpful and genuine she was, it felt more like I was communicating with a close friend than an employee. She helped me understand the benefits as well as explained the ingredients are what products are best for specific wants and needs of all the products I was looking for and also demonstrated the products on me which was so pampering as well as offered me some advice she is honestly an excellent example of how to treat people thank you so much once again Maisie for such a brilliant experience in one of my favourite shops. Had a great experience today we paid to make a bath bomb with the staff they went above and beyond and we're so knowledgeable about all the products 1 of my daughters had a face mask and the other made the bath bomb with Charlie and she was fantastic with my daughter she was showing her all the different products and let her try them all out !!Highly recommned I also had a hand massage with oils and they feel amazing!! A massive thank you to all of you in the shop today ?

WOW!Just when you thought you didn't understand the purpose of the high street anymore... You walk into Swindon Lush and you meet Maisie.What an experience, nothing was too much to ask, Maisie was familiar will all the products, applications and capabilities. I was with my 2 year old son and dread a shopping trip, but she completely included him and immersed him too, very understanding and willing to give time.This trip was nothing short of exceptional service. Ended up leaving with some extra really cool products too! Thank you Maisie, I would poach you for my team any day! Keep shining!:)
