We had an awful experience. Appreciate it was a busy Saturday but the bar staff served 2 people ahead of us even though we had been standing waiting to be served for over 20 minutes! It was much better when it was table service.

The management here really lack common sense. Me and my friends booked for a bottomless brunch and specified that one member had a medical condition that prevented them from taking part. The online staff said this wasn't an issue and updated it on the system.
On arrival, we were told that the member could not sit on the same table due to their terms and conditions - eventhough we had informed them beforehand.
They were moved to another table, to shout across to their group which caused disruption to the other groups there.
We then approached the manager again, who was rude and said there was nothing she could do. We asked to move the table closer, she said no. They moved closer to not shout, got told to move back. They were then threatened to be removed from the bar completely.
The manager, who didn't know how to resolve a simple problem then went to get the owner - who simply said, sit at the table it isn't an issue. At least someone has common sense.
The drink service, after 15 minutes of distribution and arguments, was actually quite good. But if you've got any disability requirements, be prepared to sit across the room and be dealt with a rude attitude from the manager.
Props to the servers and other members of the team, who were far more understanding.

Two lads on tongiht were great at there job, lovely food and beautiful cocktails very worth your money not from swindon but first bar i went in and only place i stayed great place properly run!!

Me and my partner popped in for a time filling pint and was met by a lovly guy (sorry didn't catch his name) was advised straight away it's table service and to pick a table with no glasses on and sure enough within a couple of minutes after giving us time to browse the menu he came over we only had a couple of pints of peroni but felt it was run to not sample the warm pork scratchings that that have placed on the bar at eye height... from just a time filling spot, I would definitely recommend - from the menu, they have an extensive cocktail list as well as serving bottomless brunch... elegant outside smoking area with what looks like a bar for the summer occasions and outside heating.. all in all clean, tidy and stylish
