Was unable to buy over the counter medication here advised by the GP. Was interrogated to the point I left without getting what I needed and had to use an alternative pharmacy in Swindon who didn't behave the same way. Never been made to feel like that in a pharmacy before

It seems the people leaving negative reviews need to collect their eye drops as they clearly can?t see the hard work from the members of staff. A delight and always eager to help, especially Ria, Anesha and the lady on the front till.

Awful place with rude staff. Usually have my prescriptions delivered but needed something urgently so had to use the pharmacy today. Not able to collect my prescriptions until late afternoon as the only pharmacist working is doing Covid jabs until 1pm! This is a Monday the busiest day at the surgery so also the pharmacy and they choose not to put on another pharmacist to help or to do the Covid jabs on a quieter day. The village is full of elderly people so do they have to make 2 journeys due to Lloyd?s poor planning? The shop assistant was rude and belligerent when asked if they could phone when ready so as not to have to make wasted journeys! Dreadful place!

This is the second time parts have been missing from my perscription. Plus awaiting some bits that are still not available. Was given the impression its my responsibility to keep going back every day until they have them in. Instead of their responsibility to get them in.

The attitude of one of the staff members has been very poor. Lacks any real empathy or customer service and goes out of their way to be unhelpful. Its a shame as all other staff are perfectly fine.

I visited this pharmacy with my son last week. Receptionist was very friendly. We were able to collect our prescription without any delay.Very happy with the experience: )

Refused medication - Me and my partner had a terrible cold so I went to buy night/day nurse and was refused because I didn?t have a cough (even though I explained my partner did who was two days ahead of me) - what a joke! With no empathy and ignorance from the staff I had to drive to Asda pharmacy in west Swindon where they gave me the medication with no questions asked. If it wasn?t for convenience I wouldn?t use this pharmacy

Used to be very helpful and reliable! Not sure what has happened but everytime I go in there now they either can't find my info even tho it has been sent over that day or they never have items in stock or thete too busy talking instead of working!
