Poor for a local pharmacy and not open on a Saturday when some of us work all week. I appreciate the staff also have to work all week too but other chemists manage their staff so the local community have access to this important health service.

They don't pick up the phone. Yesterday I had to get an antibiotic for my 2 year old daughter, they said they didn't have it and I said I would look for it at another pharmacy. They wrote down the prescription and I couldn't take the antibiotic. I called yesterday no one picked up I called today about 20 times no one picked up! Now I have to pick up my sick child and go there to have my prescription filled so I can go to another pharmacy for the antibiotic. Absolutely very disappointing service.

I came in last week, staff are friendly quick with prescriptions, I had some queries about my medication and the male pharmacist went above and beyond, very impressive young man, we need more pharmacists like this, would highly recommend!

Such a shame this pharmacy has such little stock even some racks of shelves either totally empty or stocked with all the same item just spread out certainly not a place to visit unless you want your prescription.

It advertises as open from 9am to 6pm on most days. I drove 10 minutes to get there and it was closed at 13:30

Called them for information on a prescription, they were rude, curt and unhelpful to the point where they hung up. Awful!

Very efficient - just a few hours after requesting a repeat prescription from my GP surgery I received text from Lloyds informing me it was ready to collect.

The service from this pharmacy is terrible and borderline putting patients at risk.Zero customer service and care.Staff clearly need retraining. Would highly recommend avoiding this place.

Shockingly badTook me to going to a different pharmacy to realise just how awful it is hereThere's always some form of complication whenever I go here whether it's rude staff getting angry at us for stupid reasons, computers not working, various other things not working or they haven't got the medication we needIf you're able to go to a different pharmacy it'll be worth it

These guys always willing to go extra Mile pharmacist amazing even when have stupid accidents? but also puts fears at rest when taking multiple medications? the girls Chelsea and crew will get to know all your names you make my day when coming in. I know shelves are empty but not these guys faults is about the people ??
