Rude stuff. I had feelings that pharmacist played mind game with me. They are not there for help or quick advice if someone need it. I don't know what's happened with this pharmacy, but definitely stuff needs to be replaced. We need more positive personel. Disappointed.

Rude staff, meds never there, Pharmacist at lunch or off, long wait, long queues, closed early or not open at all. Other than that, it's great. Changed to Hawthorn, excellent Pharmacy.

Service is too slow. Prepare for endless wait times and finally be told your prescription is not here yet. Feels like the pod service is not working very well with this pharmacy as they don't appear to be coming through to them.

Think they must have their phones switched off- tried calling multiple times different times of day and no answer.Sometimes you need to call so that you don?t have a wasted journey!They also have a sign saying that they shut at 5:45.. but if there?s a couple people waiting they shut the doors at 5:20 and won?t let you in! The shelves are bare, it looks really run down. Staff keep you waiting and don?t seem to care- I think they are really understaffed and it shows.

Went to collect my prescription which I add had been there for over a week to be told they didn?t have the items, so given the prescription back. I just feel they haven?t the staff to do repeat prescriptions The service was so slow with only minimal staff to help.

Very rude staff, not helpful at all and never have the medications always have to wait for them to be ordered meaning need to request them weeks in advance
