I was changed medications at Salisbury hospital. They said if I had trouble getting the medication, let them know. My Gp?s arrange the own medications and that?s where it started. My Gp couldn?t get it and told me to call the hospital. I?d gone in as an emergency and as usual I couldn?t get them to agree it. I called my spinal injury dept. Again they wouldn?t agree. I called 15 plus pharmacies and everyone said the same thing. The meds were difficult to get. Last chance I thought to call park south and they said they had some on the shelf and they?d chase it up. Called me back and said they could get it. They?ve got it with no issues for 12 months. My Gp puts it through and it?s in. You?d think the hospital knew there was issues and would sort it. Can?t speak highly enough.

Missing prescription item and not being told. Nearly 3 weeks and 3 trips and still not arrived. Reordered by pharmacist and told to come back next day. Went back next day and still not arrived. This is peoples health being messed with.

Fantastic service from this pharmacy in Park South Swindon. Mahammed the pharmacist was so gentle when giving me my covid jab that I didn't feel it at all and the customer assistant was very helpful and friendly.

AWFUL!! DO NOT USE this allied group pharmacy!!
Book your covid vaccine elsewhere too (especially if you are in a vulnerable category)
Don?t usually like to leave negative reviews but this pharmacy is awful! Seem to be repeatedly short staffed. Service is abysmal. I will use another pharmacy from now on!
Covid vaccines- don?t bother!
You book an appointment and that is not honoured. Despite an appointment the wait is still an hour, in a very small pharmacy not fit for purpose! You are exposed to people with coughs and colds, so likely have covid when you leave!
You are told to try elsewhere but the nhs system will not let you book another appointment until the next day. Yet another example of a poorly planned system.
Save yourself the bother and use another pharmacy, not this allied group one.

Down from Scotland visiting family.
Inhaler had run oot,
Went to a few pharmacy's with no interest in helping.
Until.
Went In Allied pharmacy around Cavendish Square.
I am so impressed with the way the entire team as they went above and beyond and really went out of the way to help me.
If it wasn't for this I'd be struggling with the copd
And breating was a nightmare ar night.
What an absolutely fantastic team a credit to allied pharmacy's.
I dont do reviews.
This is the first ever review however i felt it was needed to be said a great team..
May you be recognised for your dedication and cam do attitude.

Went at 9am. Was told no Pharmacist, traffic on M4 apparently. Went back 1130. Told the same. (NO TRAFFIC ON M4 ACCORDING TO ALL TRAFFIC CHECKING SITES) Everyone being turned away as the lady couldn't or wouldn't do anything. What's the point in opening If you can't serve anyone? And why lie to customers. This isn't the first time the staff are rude, and i can rest assure that it won't be the last. If you don't like working with people, get another job.

Queueing for a very long time outside the building finally got in and was told it would be another hour for my prescription to be ready because I am disabled and in a lot of pain I came home and didn't get my meds for another 2 weeks just too painful to wait any longer

Very poor service was told owed items would be ready to collect on Monday went in the following Saturday to be told they dont have it and theres nothing they can do and it wont come in at all now. No apologies and now I need to go back to my GP to get a new script because they issued some the medication. I have problems everytime I collect my repeats and emergencies prescriptions. When I complained to the lady she told me to use a different pharmacy. No apologies and now I'm without (emergency) medication until GP surgery re opens after the bank holiday. Didn't even try to get the stock from another pharmacy or try to resolve the problem.

I?ve used these a bit recently and called them on phone. They have been brilliant with me, it is nice to see staff so friendly. In general wherever you go it?s as if your an inconvenience to them, not in this place I?ve seen a few members of staff and spoke to a few on phone and all been friendly and approachable.Well done all of you it?s good to see.
