I buy two zinger deals. There is no any issue with the food. Second thing store was very busy and guy forgetted to provide me drink both times. At the end when I tell to the counter they give me again. I can't say it is there mistake because of weekend and two much crowd but atleast they need to provide good customer service. Customer service needs improvement.

I just ordered a delivery 2nd time at this kfc orders was not what we order for the burgers I ordered supper charge I got bbq don?t know how people can get things so mixed up when all they have to do is follow simple instructions parts off our orders was missing
Trying to call up kfc they answer and then hang up! Would never order from there again (fast food services) just employ simple people! Fumming!

So rude order was a mess .they was not dealing with the issue and then was talking to each other in another language. It came across as if they was speaking about me .this is unacceptable ?. I don't expect to pay to be treated this was when all I wanted was to take my daughter to get chicken

The store has some of the best fried chickens that I?ve ever tried, however the service there is atrocious.. Rude staffs with bad customer service. Seems like staffs are being underpaid! Would definitely recommend the food but the service there is very poor!

It's a KFC. Basic dining area and was reasonably clean. Service was reasonable time, and the food was good. As its almost totally self service, other than stack the food on a tray if eating in, there was no service.

Full of delivery drivers half the space is taken up by deliveroo, just eat etc drivers
After some absence I went to the drive through it seems you need to rip everything out before you leave to check it's all there AGAIN.

Food wasn't awful but the hot wings are the worst of any tiny not a nice batter didn't taste super fresh either . Trowbridge and Cirencester have some impressive wings honestly huge amounts of coating massive in size and incredible tasty . Chips were better tho not too much seasoning like some and fillets were good . Burgers in there fine . Just improve your hot wings coating size and texture . ?

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. The store manager was shockingly rude, and the staff seemed full of arrogance, which set an unwelcoming tone from the start. Hygiene standards were poor, with the dining area and even the food prep area looking neglected. To top it off, my meal was undercooked, making it completely unsatisfactory. Definitely not a place I?d recommend; I?ll be avoiding it in the future.
