Please avoid this place, as it has a very bad customer care and the manager accused customers being robber . Had a bad experience, the product I chose to buy was refused to be sold to me as the managers and her employees wrongly priced tagged from 20£ to 15£ , so they started accusing me of interchanging the tags to get 5£ off . Seriously I have been a loyal customer and these people humiliated me at the store of theft. Manager with the Hijab , be humble you were rude. I will escalate this further. Disturbing my mental peace of mind.

Came in today and bought two pairs of shoes, was served by Tyler and he was nothing but professionally freindly!
Honestly best customer service from a retail store Ive had in a very long time. Not only did Tyler make sure I was happy with the sizing of my shoes, not making me feel aqward if I wanted another size, generally just being attentive and caring making sure I had the right size shoes but he also made me aware I could order in a size if needed, which I did not know I could do! He did the whole service with a smile and a genuinely positive attitude as well as helping me sign up to the app! Great member of staff, very happy with my experience today. Thank you Tyler.

We purchased a pair of the p-6000 today and Pearl was absolutely brilliant in helping us try them on and deciding whether to get them or not! We will recommend to friends to go here just for Pearl fabulous customer service! She was very warm and approachable. Thank you Pearl!

Went into the shop today just buy a few extra presents, took a long while to be served on the shoe section, not to fault the poor lad working as he seemed to be the only one there! Asked the ginger manager (whom i?ve been told owns the store) for help and was dismissed, highly unprofessional in my opinion. The staff on the till was very helpful and made my experience better, hence the 3 stars. From my assumption it seems the manager does nothing in that store apart from make the staff feel bad about themselves!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the JD Sports store in Swindon, primarily due to the appalling behavior of the only lady manager there. Her attitude was not only unprofessional but blatantly racist. I went in to exchange a very costly pair of shoes for a bigger size, which had not been worn, and she refused to do so without any valid reason. Additionally, I wanted to exchange a very costly, tagged t-shirt for a smaller size, and she falsely claimed that the t-shirt was damp, which it clearly wasn?t. I even checked with other staff members who confirmed that the shirt was perfectly fine, but she continued to be difficult and dismissive.
What made matters worse was that another staff member publicly humiliated me, which was completely uncalled for. The level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service from the only lady manager in the Swindon branch is shocking. She clearly does not know how to treat customers with the respect they deserve. I left the store feeling angry and humiliated. JD Sports Swindon needs to seriously address their management issues. This is zero service, and I will not be returning??

Customer service is absolutely disgusting !! Came into the store a few weeks ago looking to buy a tracksuit when I asked for help I was completely ignored. Staff were stood around talking by the front door and other employees couldn?t help me as they were busy, there was only 1 person by the tills even though the que was huge. Finally got help and tried on the tracksuit however the fitting rooms were vile, smelt like a team of football players had left their sweaty jock straps in there. When I left with my item, I was chased down like a rabid animal and accused of stealing when the manager (I assume) checked my bag (which is now 40p) he found a security tag had been left on he thrusted the clothes back into the bag and shoved the bag back in my arms without any form of apology.

Worst customer service ever at JD store at town center Swindon ? so many employees but not one will be willing to help ! They just roam around rather than help. Employees act real dumb. Very slow at their job .
