1st Dealing with these guys today I purchased 3 shower panels I can't speak highly enough of the service. The young lady who served me on reception sorry I didn't get her name was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The warehouse team also very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend using these guys.

Ordered, by phone, an end strip for a shower wall panel and was told that it was in stock and they had put one aside for me to collect. When I arrived, I was told they couldn't find my order and didn't know what I wanted. Eventually, they determined what I wanted and sold me one. What should have taken 5 mins took over half an hour. Twice the price of the same product from Jewsons.

Absolutely terrible service.. 6 dates waited home.. nothing arrived.. i paid.. then was told 3 times I hadn't. Had to prove with bank statements. Never again will I deal with this shambles of a company.
