They don't even know their own policies. I have H&B rewards and they did not allow me to use my vouchers so they got wasted.

I just want to say the lady who helped me out today was absolutely amazing she took her time and was very patient with me and suggested the most suitable products for my hair. This experience was one of a kind as having severe anxiety and other learning difficulties I felt at ease making my shopping less stressful and overwhelming
