Just took son in to spend his Xmas money, he knew what he was getting but on arrival at the shop at 5:15 he was half way up the escalator to get it to be shouted at by a worker that they were closing . Found the lady very rude as it was advertised as not closing until 5:30. She stated that they would re open tomorrow at 9:30 and we could come back!! I think we'll shop elsewhere. No wonder people don't venture into the town centre and actually visit shops anymore if this is how you're treated. Perhaps a bit of customer service training might be needed to stop this shop going the same way as many others.

Website states opening time is 9.30. Store is not open at 9.35 in freezing cold weather. Not great!

The tills for buying and returning stuff is very less, there are often long queues and people have to wait for more than half an hour. Poor service, be prepared to go with your food and drinks if you are planning to do purchase on weekends.

My experience with H & M Swindon town centre was very poor from management to staff. Specially lady who worked in the kid's section on 29th June 24 was so bad her behaviour and body language were unacceptable. It?s a shame !??

I love browsing H&M when I visit Swindon Town, however the quality of the clothes has massively gone downhill. I do not blame the Swindon store as a whole for this, though many times in this store I have bought an item and had to return due to loose threads, damage to the fabric ect...
The changing rooms always seem to be dusty, so when tying on longer items they get covered in it from the floors.
It has such lovely clothes and it's a shame because the quality does not match.
The men's section upstairs also does not have any mirrors.

Staff very rude, been a member of H&M, the staff not helpful, not polite Staff and rudely asked me and my 3 years old daughter to go away from the shop, not just one member of the staff but came across 2 of them, the worst service ever.
The staff literally said shuss go away we are closing now. That was her words.
