Booked us the worst accommodation possible, no customer service, ignored continually because in one email I was so upset and distraught I wrote a swear word!! Being booked into the most disgusting accommodation with your family, on a holiday of a lifetime, spending all your savings on this holiday for Christmas apparently doesnt constitute me to openly express how upset I am!!! Lack of care, empathy and fobbed off continually, save yourself some money, cut out the middle man and book direct. Bunch of cowgirls. So, so disappointed, working, myself, in a customer service environment, when a client swears on an email!!!! they need help, they are upset, they are at a loss......how this company dealt with my pleas behaved appallingly and the excuses they gave are unforgivable

Horrible, uncaring people, they will take your money and book you into a dump. They don't have a clue who their 3rd party booking agents are using to book your holiday and nor do they care. Disgusting customer service ?

As easy as it is to book online these days, along with it usually being that bit cheaper, you can't put a price on customer service, prompt replies to emails, and a direct dial number. Thank you Nikki and team, awesome service as always.
