Booked us the worst accommodation possible, no customer service, ignored continually because in one email I was so upset and distraught I wrote a swear word!! Being booked into the most disgusting accommodation with your family, on a holiday of a lifetime, spending all your savings on this holiday for Christmas apparently... read full comment

Horrible, uncaring people, they will take your money and book you into a dump. They don't have a clue who their 3rd party booking agents are using to book your holiday and nor do they care. Disgusting customer service ?
