My bank account was closed because the bank believes someone stole my identity(without reason). Even I went there and I proved that I was who requested to open a bank account, but he can do nothing.

Not enough staff. Waiting 15 mins to be asked what I was waiting for. Lots of people waiting . Very disappointed. You try to get people to self serve using machines but it takes up more time when they need help and they staff have to come off the till. Really rude lady came out the back to with dark hair. Poor guy on the door just couldn't help people quick enough

I've been trying to put internet banking on my daughter's phone for 2 years and 2 branches in London couldn't do it, but at this branch, the Brazilian Vanessa managed to do it. She's very helpful. I'm very happy with the services provided.

I can not thank enough Jennie Hazel for how amazing she is. I have went into the branch on Saturday and the customer service that I have received from her brought me to happy tears. She has been one of the most professional, compassionate and knowledgeable person I have ever meet since I am with Halifax. Honestly I have left an even more satisfied customer than I ever was. I am definitely satisfied and thanks to you Jennie, Halifax is my favourite bank I ever been with. Special shout out for Suzan as well who helped me on the phone.
If anyone has any issues with their bank, please just approach them and explain your situation. They are there to help. Hope you girls get a raise, especially Jennie. ?? thank you!

The best staff I've come across in any high street bank in Swindon - always on hand to help customers. My only gripe if any is its location - if they could move the branch a bit more up the street or even into Brunel shopping centre, they'd have a lot more business and customers coming through. Right now their location amongst shuttered shops or a row of pawn brokers and gambling shops gives this bank branch a bad image even though there's nothing wrong with the excellent work they do in serving the local community.

Had to to use Swindon Halifax as I was in the area. Friendly staff, no que and was quick and easy to use the cashier services.

Swindon Branch cashier told ne forex wasnt here after being ready 3 days ago. Told me to come back in 20 minutes which i did.. told her to cancel then said we have oir own euros we can give you. Lol an utter Sausage

I would like to thank this branch they are always so helpful I have been banking with this HALIFAX for over 20ys and I have never been so treated well by VANESSA BENTLEY a lovely Brazilian lady very professional. Had a appointment with her and I think she deserves this to show how amazing customer services she is. She exceeded my expectations she help with all my banking !
