Staff was very rude, not friendly service, which I use around once every 3 years if that. Complaining to me about what they should complain to their corporate management to avoid serving me and my children. Disappointed as they used to be my favourite

My bank account was closed because the bank believes someone stole my identity(without reason). Even I went there and I proved that I was who requested to open a bank account, but he can do nothing.

Not enough staff. Waiting 15 mins to be asked what I was waiting for. Lots of people waiting . Very disappointed. You try to get people to self serve using machines but it takes up more time when they need help and they staff have to come off the till. Really rude lady came out the back to with dark hair.
