Absolutely horrible treatment we paid £30 for them to build three bikes that we bought And they did it horribly the bell weren?t even work. I bought a phone holder when I got there and they they said I needed to pay even though I paid £30 for them to build everything they were so rude . The controlling areas wasn?t even put on properly it?s wobbly. You can?t even ride it. It?s just horrible.

Staff not very helpful bike did not have accessories on bikes which I purchased earlier in week which was ticked on sheet to say they had reflector fell off bike on the way home had to ask how to operate the e bike not shown or how to take battery off bike not very impressed with experience

The online ordering process was poor with confusion on the discount pricing. Telephone support did not help at all.
When I went to collect the items as notified by e mail they were not at the collection point and had to be found in the store warehouse.
I then attempted to purchase some car wash and lubricating oil spray but the queue at the till was not moving with only one person serving and I gave up after some minutes as the wait time was clearly going to be too long and I had already queued to collect the online SKU's
Ps the reply from Halfords to my review is of no use as if you follow the link provided it just takes you into the routine Halfords website so not personalised or helpful in any way
Disappointingly the cycle mudguards I bought did not fit our mountain bikes anyway so will have to be returned in due course.

Ordered a set of Thule Roof bars for click and collect. Person on the till went out back and on return quizzed me about what I'd ordered. She'd noticed that I needed 3 parts but she only had 2 so checked the order, which was correct. Turned out it had been picked incorrectly which she picked up on, returned to the warehouse and got the right part.
Really impressed that the knowledge was there to proactively identify the issue before I'd left and inevitably have to return to get the missing part. 15 Aug 2025, 13:32 Till: 001 If you want to identify her as employee of the month.

We bought our son a BMX from the bike department upstairs and couldn?t be happier with the experience. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful, and Andy our advisor was brilliant! He answered all our questions, gave great advice and really looked after our son. Fantastic service from start to finish.

Had car booked in at 12:30 pm at the Swindon store, for the 10 point health check. Says in email to ensure u get the at the time slot. I was there couple mins early, checked myself in and sat and waited in car as instructed. One car was next to me, and another pulled up after? sat waiting for 10/15 mins and both cars next to me had someone come out to them. I was just left with no one telling me if they were running behind or anything. Just left waiting. They don?t value their customers time at all and think they can just leave them waiting not caring if they had other stuff planned that day and with no explanation at all. I ended up driving off as I did actually have to be somewhere by 1:30 and still had to go to a shop before this. Waste or time and effort.
